The step that is required in mail handling process of CWI includes mail arriving in central mailroom. The mail is required to be sorted and this is required to be sent to three primary departments that includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Account Collections. The mailroom clerks are required to distribute sorted mail to respective department heads and clerks in every department (Bellini, Iraqi & Damiani, 2020).
